• Lead a full-cycle revenue operation with direct visibility to executive leadership and the CFO
• Manage and mentor a team of 6, with the ability to shape performance, structure, and culture
• Drive meaningful financial impact by improving reimbursement, reducing denials, and eliminating revenue leakage
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Clinical, IT, and Compliance to influence organization-wide decisions

• Leverage data, dashboards, and KPIs to inform decisions and elevate performance

• Lead and optimize all Revenue Cycle operations from registration through collections
• Analyze KPIs, dashboards, denials, and reimbursement trends to drive performance
• Identify revenue leakage, improve collections, and streamline billing workflows
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6, driving accountability and results
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and process improvements
• Report key insights and performance metrics to executive leadership
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

• 7+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Experience with EMR systems (EClinicalWorks preferred; others accepted)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong background in billing operations, denials management, and revenue optimization

Salary: $125,000–$150,000
