Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

About the Position

Serves as Chief of the Planning and Facilities Division and principal planner, analyst and advisor on matters pertaining to planning and analysis of facilities, real property, space management, master planning, facilities management and environmental compliance. (merit)

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENT. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/ GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes (1)
Directing building maintenance and repair operations, (2)
Managing facility projects and evaluating designs, submittals, and/or contractor work quality, and (3)
Developing long term plans for renovation, construction, and demolition. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Facilities Management Leadership Oral Communication Project Planning, Design, and Construction
