The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development seeks a HCD Community Program Administrator II to oversee resource development, management, and coordination of the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Division of Homeless Solutions, this role involves collaboration with state agencies, Continuums of Care, and service providers to deliver training, technical assistance, and partnership building for permanent supportive housing initiatives.
Keyqualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Five years of administrative or professional experience, including two years of financing experience or technical assistance for housing development, revitalization, or community infrastructure
- Experience working with a Continuum of Care (CoC) and homelessness/at-risk populations
- Experience managing federal or state Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and other housing programs
- Ability to build community relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
- Valid Maryland motor vehicle operator's license for assigned duties
