As a hairstylist student, you will be an integral part of the salon flow:
* Support the Guest

Experience:

Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
* Develop Your Craft:
Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
* Professional Partnership:
Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
* Observe & Learn:
Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
* Business Building:
Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
