Travel Allied Health Professional Certified Surgical Technologist

Overview

Trinity Health First Choice is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13‑week assignment in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Travel Surgical Technologists provide premium compensation and maximum flexibility, filling short‑ and long‑term assignments throughout the Trinity Health system.

Weeks: 13 Weeks

Hours:

36 Hours – 1 weekend shift every 6 weeks (12‑hour day shifts)

Pay: $50.00 – $53.00 per hour;
Gross Weekly Rate: $1,908.00;
Travel and Per Diem opportunities available.

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations or regions as needed.
• Demonstrate standard professional practice:
  Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support quality improvement.
• Respond agilely to new responsibilities and cultural differences.

• Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Surgical Technology.
• CST certification (minimum 18 months experience). If no formal program, require five years of work experience.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
• Ability to complete required orientation and training.
