Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders including blood flow and dialysate flow;
Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy and intervene as prescribed;
Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters and document on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and in the clinical system;
Evaluate vascular access for patency and monitor arterial and venous pressures, reporting unusual findings
