Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (day)

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

• Perform thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans that help patients regain function and independence
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
• Educate patients and families on condition management, home programs, and progress expectations
• Document patient progress clearly and timely to support continuity of care and interdisciplinary communication
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and rehab team members to optimize outcomes and transitions of care
• Monitor and modify treatment plans based on patient response and clinical best practices

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland or eligible to obtain Maryland licensure promptly
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain before start
• Experience in outpatient and/or contract settings is a plus
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to complete credentialing and onboarding paperwork in a timely manner

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

• Skilled in musculoskeletal and functional assessments
• Proficient with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait and balance training
• Comfortable documenting in electronic medical records and tracking outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration
• Time management and caseload prioritization in a fast-paced setting
