What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the design, development, execution, and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses and reports
  • Foster effective relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
  • Serve as a strategic business partner, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
  • Mentor colleagues across the enterprise with consultative and technical expertise
  • Manage projects efficiently to ensure successful completion of analytic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or closely related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical and population health reporting and analyses
  • Proficient in coding languages and analytical software with 5 years of experience using clinical and claims data
  • At least 3 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
  • 3 years of experience providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's Degree in a related field such as Medicine, Public Health, or Epidemiology
  • Experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
  • Background in developing analytic applications or dashboards (e.g., RShiny, Tableau)
  • Proven experience partnering with stakeholders to refine analytic questions
