Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled in-home therapy services throughout Montgomery County and Prince George’s County, Maryland.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Implement established treatment plans

• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR

• Communicate patient progress to supervising PT and interdisciplinary team

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

• Minimum 1–2 years PTA experience (home health preferred)

• EMR experience (Well Sky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
