PositionPRN Home Health Speech Therapist providing in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities- Perform in-home speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
- Provide skilled speech therapy interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain HIPAA and Medicare compliance
- Graduate of accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active Maryland Speech Therapy license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Adult/geriatric experience
- OASIS and EMR experience preferred (Well Sky/Kinnser or HCHB)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible PRN scheduling (per visit)
- Paid in-service training
- Mileage reimbursement
