Join a supportive, therapist‑led rehab team in a respected skilled nursing facility where COTAs are truly valued, well‑supported, and empowered to help residents regain independence and enjoy meaningful daily activities.

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide hands‑on treatment to improve ADL function, fine motor skills, upper extremity strength/coordination, cognition, and functional independence
• Train residents and families in adaptive equipment, compensatory strategies, and energy conservation techniques
• Motivate and encourage residents during therapy sessions
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with the OT, nursing, and interdisciplinary team

• Strong clinical support from therapist Regional Directors who regularly visit the buildings
• Excellent mentorship and guidance available – ideal for new grads and early‑career COTAs
• Annual performance reviews with realistic raise opportunities
• Typically able to offer consistent full 40‑hour caseloads
• Optional PRN / extra hours at nearby facilities if desired
• Unlimited $1,000 employee referral bonuses (no cap!)

• Active state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA license (or pending)
• Strong teamwork skills and compassionate, patient‑centered approach
