Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) – Contractor (Hybrid, with Full-Time W-2 Opportunity)

Silver Spring, MD or Rockville, MD (Hybrid; in-person availability once per week required)

• $100 per new client intake

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) to join our team as an independent contractor. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of telehealth work, with in‑person availability once per week required.

While this position is initially offered as an independent contractor role, there is potential for transition to a full‑time W‑2 employment with benefits—including health insurance, paid time off, and CEU reimbursement. We are committed to supporting professional growth and long‑term career development within our practice.

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews
• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence‑based approaches
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians
• Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality in accordance with Maryland licensing regulations
• Minimum of 6 therapy sessions per week required

• Active LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related mental health field
• 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
• Experience with diverse populations and a range of diagnoses
