Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In‑Person

  • Salary: $94,500–$110,000 + bonus opportunities

  • Schedule: Full‑time (30+ hrs), Part‑time, or Contract also available

Skills and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field

  • BCBA certification from BACB

  • Maryland Licensure

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with children with ASD

  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks within a supportive, low‑stress setting

Compensation and Bonus Structure

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD.

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.

  • Provide direct therapy services, using skill‑building and behavior reduction techniques.

  • Collaborate with families and professionals in a supportive, team‑focused environment.

  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and junior BCBAs.

  • Stay current on ABA best practices and ASD treatment.

Schedule
  • Full‑Time: 30+ hours/week, or Part‑time—your choice
