Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full‑time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support rehab services in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve independence and function through guided, hands‑on care.

• Provide treatment based on plans developed by the supervising therapist
• Lead activities that support self‑care, coordination, and daily function
• Use adaptive techniques and tools to promote safety and independence
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Educate residents and caregivers on carryover strategies
• Complete accurate documentation

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license required
