Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a board‑certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive, growing team. This position is part‑time and full‑time hybrid with plenty of flexibility and growth opportunities. Candidates must be willing to travel into MD for a 25% in‑person requirement once per month.

• Hourly: $80‑$85 (remote), $100‑$106 (in‑person)

• Plan and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support client progress.
• Supervise therapists and provide guidance.

• Master's degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in Maryland.
• Hands‑on experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Strong communication skills, organized, self‑driven.
