Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

$37.00–$41.00/hour
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to contribute to resident care in a skilled nursing facility. This role supports recovery and functional improvement through structured, hands‑on sessions.
Key Duties- Deliver interventions following established care plans
- Guide residents through movement‑based activities and exercise programs
- Assist with walking practice, transfers, and safe mobility tasks
- Observe outcomes and share updates with the supervising clinician
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Active state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant required
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to quality care
- Team‑driven setting with interdisciplinary support
- Reliable full‑time schedule
