* Best practices of providing EMT urgent response, emergency medical care protocols, including treatment and transportation, emergency and trauma response and the management of medical emergencies.
* EMT standard operating procedures, laws, codes, rules, regulations and requirements governing the provision of emergency medical care, services and transport.
* Principles and practices of EMT emergency medical programs, transport maintenance, emergency vehicle driving compliances, trauma care, continuous training, and quality assurance.
