, with opportunities to build consistent hours within nearby areas. Jade ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school cases across Silver Spring, Laurel, Hyattsville, and Upper Marlboro.

At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistency
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within nearby areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred (not required for certified RBTs)

• $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Afternoon and after-school cases available
• 20–40 hours per week with opportunities to build a full schedule
• Monday–Friday schedule (optional weekend cases available)
