Ahead ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, while also supporting their families every step of the way. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. You will also maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
