Part time or Full time radiologic technologist

Responsibilities/Requirements

• Must perform x-ray examinations
• Must perform EKGs
• Must maintain car and x-ray equipment
• Must be willing to travel for long periods of time as they will be driving company car to patient’s location to perform exams
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation that includes weekend shifts
• Must be able to communicate well with supervisors and peers
• Must review images
• Must assist with reviewing results
• Must have the ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
• Must be able to remain calm under stress
• Must show skill in dealing with patients and clients
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
• Must be capable of assisting in moving or lifting patients when needed
• Must be capable of lifting x-ray and EKG equipment
• Must have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience. Portable and/or ER experience is preferred
• Must be certified radiology technologist (ARRT) and have valid state license
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
