Interdynamics, Inc. is a Mental and Behavioral Health Firm providing outpatient behavioral health services, staff training, and healthcare staffing within the Maryland, Pennsylvania and New York State communities. Our valued team of licensed clinicians are selected to support a variety of programs throughout the community. (i.e., LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LICSW, Psychology Associate, Licensed Psychologists, Psychiatrists) Interdynamics Inc is rapidly expanding and building lasting relationships with our clients and clinicians.

As a member of the Interdynamics team of licensed clinicians (e.g., LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LICSW-C, Psychology Associate) you are selected to support a variety of programs. Our school-based clinicians provide individual and group counseling for students, crisis intervention, family counseling and supportive collaboration, consultation with school teams, staff training, and community outreach. Your work may include, but is not limited to Behavioral Health, Occupational Health, Evaluation, Training and Educational Services and Healthcare Staffing.

The school-based clinician is a full-time position that requires a commitment of a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Must be a licensed clinician in good standing in the State of Maryland and have a minimum of a Master’s degree in one or more of the following: mental health counseling, social work, or psychology. Must meet screening requirements which include a Criminal Background check and State Child Abuse Registry clearance. Candidates must complete and provide evidence of Licensure Renewal, and malpractice insurance.

• School-based clinicians must commit to at least a one-year contract.
• Must complete 90 days of service satisfactorily or better to continue employment.
• Receive full benefits after 90-day probation is completed.
• Commit to report to assigned P. G. County school/s in person, Monday - Friday.
• Abide by School Schedule for reporting to work and ending workday.
• Follow policies and protocols of Interdynamics, Inc., and PGCPS.
• Adhere to all licensing regulations, ethical principles, and standards.
• Attend Orientation Meetings at Interdynamics, Inc., and PGCPS.

• Report working at the beginning of the school day in accordance with school policy.
• Provide counseling to students, teachers, and parent
• Conduct teacher consultations and classroom intervention
• Conduct training and workshops for staff, students, and parents
• Conduct classroom observations and functional behavioral assessments
• Attend weekly team meetings as required
• Conduct community outreach
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in team meetings
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and support staff as requested.
• Provide Crisis Intervention for students, staff, and families.
• Work with the school psychologist, counselors, and social workers.
• Provide family support and liaison service with other agencies on behalf of the family.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services.
• Meet weekly with Interdynamics Clinical Supervisor
• Compose a video to introduce the clinician’s services to school staff, students, and parents.
• Inform Clinical Supervisor of all absences and breaks in services by Position Contract Specifications.
• Other related duties as assigned.
