A Gem of Joy ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism in a supportive Maryland setting.
Under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavior-analytic programs, document progress, and collaborate with families. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00–6:30 PM, with 17.5 hours per week. Strong communication and reliability are essential.
