FLSA Status:

We are seeking a Part‑time Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands‑on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assistance with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
This position is:
Saturday 7am – 11pm
Sunday 7am – 11pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
- Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
- Providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning
- Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships
- Administering and recording medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements, when applicable
- Other duties as assigned

- Sign‑on Bonus of $500.00
- Additional shift differential of $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Regular Base Rate $22.00 + $1.00 = $23.00)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must have at least 2 years of driving experience
- Must be able to transport people supported as needed
- Some lifting and transferring may be required
Pay Out Structure: $250 – First Day; $250 – after three months. The employee must remain in the designated position for the specified time intervals and complete all onboarding and new hire trainings to qualify for the bonus payout.
