We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support skill development and meaningful behavior change.

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and maintain accurate, timely data on client progress
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement behavior intervention and reduction strategies as directed
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Prior experience in ABA therapy, early intervention, or behavioral health

• Clinic-based services in Silver Spring, MD
• In-home services throughout Maryland and Washington, DC
• School-based placements based on availability
