Position SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support skill development and meaningful behavior change.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and maintain accurate, timely data on client progress
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement behavior intervention and reduction strategies as directed
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Prior experience in ABA therapy, early intervention, or behavioral health
- Clinic-based services in Silver Spring, MD
- In-home services throughout Maryland and Washington, DC
- School-based placements based on availability
