Schedule:

Flexible full-time or part-time schedule available; full-time preferred. No regular weekend or on-call requirements.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic. The PTA will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care, helping individuals improve mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals in a collaborative clinical environment.

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, modalities, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain treatment areas and therapy equipment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective patient care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinic policies and standards.

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Certification required (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred but not required.
