Ahead ABA, a leading provider of high-quality ABA therapy, is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Somerset County, MD

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Ahead ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collecting and documenting data on client progress, and collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success.

To be considered for this role, you must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. A High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. You must also be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

The pay range for this role is $24 - $30 per hour, with full-time and part-time options available. Shifts are flexible and based on your availability.
