As a BCBA, you will oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will provide clinical leadership, supervise behavior technicians, partner with families, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, data-driven behavioral interventions that produce meaningful outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and behavioral evaluations
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct caregiver coaching and parent training to promote skill generalization across environments
Complete treatment authorizations, progress reports, reassessments, and clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, educators, related service providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, state regulations, and insurance requirements
Participate in clinical team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives
Support positive clinical outcomes while maintaining high standards of quality care
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure
Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavior analytic interventions
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
Experience in a clinic-based, home or school ABA setting
Experience with insurance-funded ABA services and payer requirements
Expertise in conducting caregiver and parent training
Experience with treatment authorizations and clinical documentation
Interest in clinical leadership, mentorship, or supervisory growth opportunities
