Job Summary

Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents in the home setting. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, collect behavioral data, teach communication and daily living skills, and support meaningful behavior change while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy in the client's home and community settings as assigned.
  • Collect accurate and timely behavioral data during each session.
  • Teach communication, social, play, adaptive living, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA procedures.
  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs with fidelity.
  • Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and communicate professionally regarding session updates.
  • Complete electronic session notes and documentation within company timelines.
  • Attend required supervision meetings, trainings, and team meetings.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of ABA experience preferred (newly certified RBTs are encouraged to apply).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Strong communication, professionalism, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while receiving ongoing supervision from a BCBA.
  • Passion for improving the lives of children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care.
