Med Star Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide direct services in an inpatient rehab setting under the supervision of a licensed therapist. The role includes ADL evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning, with emphasis on documentation accuracy and patient education.
Candidates should have an OTA associate degree and 1–2 years of inpatient rehab experience, plus licensure for MD/DC/VA as required by location. CPR certification within 90 days is required.
