Job Summary:

Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their functional abilities and independence. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid state licensing or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess relevant clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a healthcare facility setting.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Be punctual and reliable, adhering to scheduled shifts.
