Physical Therapist; PT

Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in an in-facility setting.

Assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized recovery plans, deliver physical therapy services, and collaborate with peers and referral sources. You will educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and optimal recovery, focusing on restoring and enhancing physical abilities. Your work supports the company's mission to improve lives through individualized rehabilitation and wellness services.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in practice state(s) or proof of eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or equivalent experience (including U.S. degree evaluation).
• At least 5 years of progressive PT experience if holding a Bachelor's degree plus experience.
• Ability to adapt to varied patient needs, work collaboratively, and serve as an educator.
• Passion for helping patients thrive and a commitment to patient-centered care.
