Personal Care Aide - Forest Hill Heights Job Description
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Are you a compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping others feel comfortable, supported, and cared for?
Forest Hill Heights Senior Living is looking for dependable and caring Personal Care Aides to join our evening and overnight teams!
As a PCA, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
What You’ll Do- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs and care plan
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines as needed
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests
- Observe residents for changes in condition, behavior, or needs and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and meaningful interaction
- Assist with maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow care team members to provide excellent resident care
- Follow community policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations
- Treat every resident with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect
