Employment Type:

Full-Time & Part-Time

Schedule

Full-Time (4-Day Work Week Option Available)

  • Monday-Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Occasional Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturday: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Part-Time

  • Minimum 2 evenings per week (3:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
  • Friday afternoons and/or Saturday mornings available
Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about pediatric care and interested in mentoring clinicians while continuing to develop specialty expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, feeding, swallowing, and communication evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide therapy for pediatric and adult patients with speech, language, cognitive, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
  • Evaluate and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems when appropriate.
  • Treat patients with articulation, fluency, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), voice disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, traumatic brain injury (TBI), dysphagia, myofunctional disorders, and Gestalt Language Processing needs.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Minimum 5 years of pediatric experience
  • Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload
  • Collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
