Seeking a Senior Evaluator with a strong background in health or medical sector evaluations to support a federal health-focused program. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in leading or contributing to evaluations, including gap analyses, health studies, and report writing.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Proven expertise in the health/medical domain
- Experience conducting gap analyses, performance reviews, and drafting analytical reports
- Familiarity with federal evaluation standards and practices
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work on-site at Fort Detrick
