Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake s full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with residents while helping them improve everyday function, build confidence, and achieve greater independence.
What You'll Do- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
- Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
- Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team
- Reinforce adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic activities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- $36–$40/hour
