• Potential Annual Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography

• Semi-Remote Role:
  Primarily remote support, but some in-person support is required as needed to complete assessments. Holding a small caseload is also required (5-7 clients).

  Every caseload is built using our Caseload Summary Tool - balancing therapy hours, supervision needs, and time-of-day scheduling before it ever lands on your plate.
• 60+ Hours of Onboarding + Ongoing Clinical Support:
  Comprehensive training in your first 4 weeks (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments), plus monthly CEUs, an annual in-house research conference, and weekly office hours with our Clinical Development team.
