Role

Associate Director, Market Access Leader, focusing on securing and optimizing access to Lantheus’ radiopharmaceutical portfolio, including upcoming radioligand therapies.

• serve as subject matter expert for reimbursement issues
• educate customers on services
• support patient referrals
• develop territory business plans
• collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and medical teams to achieve market access goals

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related
• 5+ years of experience in coverage, coding, payment, or policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma
• strong understanding of US payer market, with radiopharmaceuticals or diagnostics experience preferred

• self-starter with ability to work independently
• excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities
• proficient in navigating commercial and public payer systems

field-based role in the US with substantial travel (~60%+); involvement in diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, and imaging, supporting product launches including radioligand therapy. Collaboration with internal teams and external healthcare providers to ensure market access and reimbursement strategies are effectively implemented.
