Driver/Client Transporter (Full-Time)

Harford Facility

1015 Pulaski Hwy, Joppa, MD

Join our Transportation Team at Pyramid Healthcare, where you will support clients by providing reliable transportation to and from treatment and supportive services. Located in Harford County, our Joppa Inpatient program offers treatment paths for both men and women dealing with substance use disorders, including methamphetamine and other stimulant use, co-occurring disorders, and a methadone maintenance program for opioid addiction. Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare in Harford provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare in supportive environments that empower clients to overcome life’s challenges and reclaim their health and well-being.

• Meal reimbursement for each shift worked.
• You will be driving COMPANY VEHICLES ONLY.
• Shifts available:
  • 8 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Saturday
  • 10 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Saturday
• Pay range: $15/hr - $16/hr

• Transport patients to and from behavioral healthcare services.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, self, and co-workers.
• Communicate positively and professionally with team members, co-workers, and patients.
• Take initiative to deliver exceptional customer service, even during stressful situations.
• Knowledgeable of all aspects and functionalities of the client transportation system.
• Provide appropriate safety oversight and monitoring for all clients while in transport.

• Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active and valid driver’s license.

• Prior experience in a hospital or behavioral healthcare environment, patient care, and/or transportation is a plus.
