Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-Time
Braddock Heights at Autumn Lake, Frederick, MD, $43-$48/hour
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys building strong resident relationships while helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans focused on functional progress and quality outcomes
- Work with residents recovering from neurological, medical, and post-acute conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Supportive rehab environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehab and long-term care residents
- Leadership team focused on therapist support and professional development
