Knowesis is seeking an SME IV
- Clinical Psychologist to lead the translation of complex psychological health research and clinical recommendations into actionable support tools. This role is crucial for promoting the uptake of evidence-based care across the Military Health System (MHS) by developing products tailored to providers, patients, and family members.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Translate complex clinical recommendations released by medical professional bodies or military/veterans governmental agencies into actionable information products.
- Manage the full cycle of product development for deliverables targeting healthcare providers, patients, family members, and other MHS stakeholders.
- Develop brief clinical recommendations based on the findings from focused evidence synthesis inquiries regarding the effective treatment of mental health conditions.
- Produce technical artifacts (e.g., reports, tools, briefings, presentations, and manuscripts) consistent with the PHCoE mission set.
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
- At least 13 years of full-time postdoctoral work experience directly related to the practice of clinical psychology.
- At least 3 years of full-time postdoctoral work developing tools or training to facilitate the delivery of evidence-based mental health care and promote knowledge of clinical recommendations and guidelines.
- Experience working with military or veteran populations.
- Proven track record of publishing clinical tools or professional manuscripts.
