Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA; In Home

• Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
• Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).
• Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
• Conduct and write initial and reassessments.
• Maintain all certifications and licensures.

Education:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

Certifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB

Licensure:
Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.

• Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to undergo a background check.

• Able to lift 20 lbs.
