Compensation: $28/hour (Certified RBTs) + mileage reimbursement outside a 30-mile radius

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA.

We are hiring:

Current Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Individuals interested in becoming RBTs

This opportunity is ideal for students or graduates in:

Psychology
Education
Special Education
Social Work
Child Development
Behavioral Science
or related fields.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
Collect and record accurate session data
Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
Collaborate effectively with families and supervisors

Requirements for Position:

High school diploma or equivalent
Interest in psychology, education, behavioral science, social work, child development, or related field
Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training
Willingness to complete the competency assessment and pass the RBT exam
Commitment to working under BCBA supervision

Be able to pass background screening requirements
Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills
Have a genuine passion for working with children
