Qualifications:

• Active MD Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Current Maryland Teaching Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to supervise an SLPA
• Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid role (required for supervision)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide therapy for a caseload of 20 students
• Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
