Job Description
Our Olney office is seeking a full time Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical office running smoothly. There are 6 office locations. You would need your own car to go to other offices for training and as needed to fill in.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, scheduling, and front desk check in/out.
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Able to follow directions and work as a team player
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Assist the doctor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with medical Podiatry procedures, however we will train.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
