Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) is hiring compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT). In this role, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while receiving ongoing support and supervision from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Paid RBT Training Available for Qualified Candidates.

Selected candidates who are not currently credentialed will receive access to the required 40-hour RBT training program and must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.

Applicants must have professional experience working directly with children in one or more of the following settings:

• Childcare Centers

• Daycare Programs

• Teaching or Teacher Assistant Positions

• Paraprofessional Roles

• Special Education Classrooms

• Youth Programs

• Coaching

• Nanny Positions

• Babysitting

• Other structured childcare environments

Candidates without direct childcare experience will not be considered.

As an RBT or Behavior Technician, you will:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Teach communication, social interaction, academic readiness, play, self-help, and daily living skills

• Support behavior reduction and positive behavior intervention programs

• Collect and record accurate behavioral data

• Complete session documentation and progress notes

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and clinical supervisors

• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous childcare experience

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to client homes, schools, and clinic locations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to pass required background checks

• Commitment to obtaining RBT certification within 90 days if not currently certified

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Experience providing ABA therapy services

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in:

  • Psychology

  • Education

  • Special Education

  • Child Development

  • Behavioral Health

  • Human Services

  • Social Work

  • Counseling
