Position SummaryAssist Facilities Manager in daily function of kitchens at the Glen Burnie and Arnold campuses.

Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia. The college will annually review this restriction and, if appropriate, expand the list of states of employment eligibility.
Pay dates occur on the 7th and 22nd of each month. If those dates fall on a weekend, the pay date occurs on the Friday prior to the 7th and 22nd.
As a temporary employee you are entitled to sick and safe leave benefits.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Receiving orders
- Stocking orders
- Setting up or breaking down of supplies and materials for credit, contract, and continuing education classes
- Stocking staple goods
- Chemical stocking
- General cleaning
- Ensuring proper rotation of food items
- Knowledge of food products/inventory
- Perishable food receiving
- Detail-oriented, self‑starter with a good sense of urgency, and ability to move/lift 50#’s of materials
- Ability to work in cold environments (walk‑in refrigerator and walk‑in freezer)
- Ability to stand/walk/move for many hours consecutively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
