Overview
The Benefits Analyst supports the design, administration, analysis, and ongoing optimization of employee benefit programs. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, vendors, and brokers to ensure benefits are administered accurately, compliant, and aligned with employee experience in mind.
This is a temporary, part time position. We are seeking candidates willing to work 20-30 hours per week.
Minimum Education- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required.
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
- 2 years experience in benefits administration/analysis, HR operations, or related HR analytical role (minimum of 1 year direct Benefits experience)
Pay range: $32.38 - $53.97
