$25–28/hour (equivalent to ~$55,000–$65,000 annually)
Work ScheduleFull-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | 100% onsite

Job DescriptionThe HR Generalist will support daily human resources functions with an emphasis on compliance, employee engagement, and operational accuracy. This role works closely with a small HR team and requires someone who is professional, dependable, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, hands‑on setting.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientations
- Initiate and monitor background screening processes for new hires
- Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and employee relations issues
- Assist with recruitment coordination from requisition intake through hiring
- Maintain and audit employee records within the HRIS (iSolved preferred)
- Run HR reports and support data tracking and analysis
- Provide assistance during benefits administration and open enrollment periods
- Partner with payroll leadership to help ensure payroll accuracy and deductions
- Maintain organized and up-to-date HR documentation and files
- 3–5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR support role
- Working knowledge of employee relations and compliance practices
- Experience using an HRIS; iSolved experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel reporting and Power Point
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s degree considered with relevant experience)
- Contract-to-hire opportunity due to resignation
- Target start date is approximately one week after offer acceptance
- Interview process includes two in‑person interviews
- Interviews expected to begin the week of 2/16
