You'll lead full-cycle recruitment while partnering with leaders across the organization to improve hiring practices, strengthen talent pipelines, and create an exceptional candidate experience.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across our organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to define successful hiring strategies before recruiting begins.
• Build talent pipelines through creative sourcing and community partnerships.
• Coach leaders on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and programs that create consistency and better hiring outcomes.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Help shape the future of talent acquisition at Mitchell Companies.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A consultative approach to partnering with leaders.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Experience recruiting for distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or multi-location high-volume operations is a plus.
