  • Participate in and coordinate system development testing and implementation, and conduct post‑production reviews of all plans and programs.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions such as shared services, finance, payroll, and operations.
  • Support HR Business Partners in communicating with managers about benefit programs and decisions in an engaging and consistent manner.
  • Leverage and develop an external network to provide expertise and stay current with best practices and competitive opportunities.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Travel to sites for benefit education sessions to increase employee and manager awareness of benefit programs and practices.
  • Provide updates to leadership on progress toward key initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and highlighting team achievements.
  • Engage in continuous learning initiatives using internal and external resources, with a key focus on compliance and legislative updates related to U.S. benefits.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong preference for certifications such as CEBS, GBA, RPA, or CBP.
  • 8+ years of benefits experience with expertise in retirement, medical, and life/disability programs.
  • Passionate and engaging communication style, capable of managing multiple priorities and leading by example.
  • Independent problem solver who can highlight improvement opportunities and provide guidance to others.
  • Some travel required to sites for education and open enrollment sessions with employees and managers.
Benefits

  • Family‑friendly benefits such as paid parental leave, fertility benefits, Employee Assistance Program, and caregiver support.
  • Retirement and investment programs including 401(k) and profit‑sharing plans.
